WOWI is currently providing its services to a 38 acre Pueblo cannabis farm that is nearing the completion of its first production stage that results in cannabis production that will evidently produce conservative revenues of $560,000 per month on a wholesale basis.
Anthony C Russo, WOWI CEO, points out that this 38 acre farm is fully MED compliant, equipped with 10’ wire top fenced, remote security system, fully functioning sprinkler system, and a state of the art reverse osmosis system for water purification. The property currently has structures available for administration, storage space, and indoor harvesting operations. The farm just finished plans for a state of the art FarmTek greenhouse (10,000 square feet) and has received approval by the regional building department to begin construction. The greenhouse allows year round harvesting and is a three bay structure all proposed for flowering of product. This facility will place it among the largest single facility growers in Colorado.
To date, an investment has been made of over $1 million in the land, buildings, greenhouse, equipment, security equipment, permits and licenses. The 10,000 square foot greenhouse is the final item to be completed before WOWI can lease its portion of the investment to a licensed grower for cannabis production. Completion is scheduled for late-September of this year, with initial production in November, allowing for a 90-day grow cycle. Such production will generate license and management fees for WOWI.
The initial growing process will begin in early September, thirty days before the plants need to be moved into the greenhouse. Revenues will ramp for several months until full production is achieved in January 2017.
